Building up the Body of Christ with welcoming arms, loving hearts and joyful worship.
PADS is the acronym for Public Access to Deliver Shelter. Northwest Suburban PADS, Inc. provides emergency temporary shelter for the homeless at faith-based community locations throughout the northwest region. At each PADS site, volunteers provide hospitality, food, and emergency shelter to homeless people from October 1 through April 30 each year. During every shift, volunteers open their hearts to staff sites, prepare and serve meals, and offer support to those in need, in a safe and welcoming environment.
Although we do not have a PADS site on the St. Hubert Parish campus, some of our parishioners help at PADS centers around the area.
