St. Hubert Parish will hold Tenebrae, Latin for shadows or darkness, at 7:30 PM on Monday, April 3 in the church. Come and pray with us for one hour, as the congregation participates in reciting the psalms in an unhurried voice and, at times, in whispered tones. Thank you to everyone who has already completed the Disciple Maker Index Survey, which you can find by opening this article. We’re in the final week. The survey just takes between 10-15 minutes, is anonymous, and will help us plan for the future. It’s a tool that will help us understand the needs of all of us at St. Hubert and St. Matthew as two families of faith come together. Thanks for being a part of it!

For National Science Day, our second graders were challenged to build a bridge for a leprechaun to cross to get to his gold. Fr. Mike met with grades 4-8 for two informative sessions in the church to teach them about the Order of Mass and why we celebrate the liturgy the way we do. Our seventh-grade literature students read an abridged version of Homer's epic poem, "The Odyssey," and really enjoyed learning about Ancient Greek Mythology! We wrapped up the week with the second trimester "Get Knighted" assembly recognizing students that have exhibited the Knightly qualities of compassion, service, and perseverance.
