Bishop Jeffrey Grob, the bishop of our area and Cardinal Cupich’s representative, is inviting us and the parishioners of Church of the Holy Spirit, St. Marcelline and St. Matthew to gather together on February 2 at 7 PM at St. Matthew Church for a prayer service. It will be when we hear the Cardinal’s decision about the scenario he feels will be best for our Renew My Church grouping. Please join us at St. Matthew Church is located at 1001 E. Schaumburg Road.

To Be Joyful Again, a non-denominational support group for those who have lost a spouse or intended life partner, meets the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month at 7 PM at Holy Family Parish, 2515 Palatine Road, Inverness. Come get the support you need in this difficult time.

We celebrated the last days of school leading up to winter break with a Preschool Pancake Party, an out of uniform pajama day, a Christmas raffle, and announced the winners of the Knights of Columbus “Keep Christ in Christmas” poster contest! Thank you to our wonderful teachers, staff and parents that make these traditions possible.
