For those interested in resources on racial equality, visit our website to find resources, including Cardinal George’s important pastoral letter to the Church in Chicago, Dwell in My Love. Written almost 20 years ago, it is a prophetic letter about “building bridges over the chasms that still divide us.”
These meetings are a way to address your careering and job connection concerns with one of our team members, as well as one another, learn more about the resources available to job seekers, and to share information and support with a small group of attendees.

It’s with great joy that we announce that effective June 21 we are able to resume Sunday Masses at Saint Hubert. We have been certified by the Archdiocese to enter into Phase 2 of the re-open plan, which means we have all the necessary safeguards in place to be together in a public space.
We'd like to believe that when needing support, we all have a family member or friend close by to help out. Unfortunately, this is not always the case. Or, perhaps, a great deal of support is needed requiring more support than family members are able to provide. The Helping Hands Ministry was formed to assist members in our parish, free of charge, in various ways. To request assistance or to volunteer, please contact St. Hubert Parish Office at 847-885-7700, ext. 102.
Domestic violence doesn’t look the same in every relationship because every relationship is different. But one thing most abusive relationships have in common is that the abusive partner does many different kinds of things to have more power and control over their partner.
Our 8th Graders are celebrated with a social distant parking lot graduation on June 5th! Students paraded in the lot by decorated car with their families and placed their St. Hubert Graduation signs in front of their vehicles. Fr. Mike, Ms. Bourrell, and Ms. Wizniak led graduation by first presenting 8th grade awards to the students. Music led by Ed Magistrado was played while each student was called to receive their diploma and gift bag. Attendees honked horns and cheered for each graduate as they received their diploma. Families took pictures following the ceremony and students and friends wished each other well as they now prepare for their next journey as they start high school in the fall.
We're getting ready to re-open the church doors as we begin Phase 1 of the Cardinal's 2-Phase Re-Opening plan. To make this work, it's going to require a team of parishioners who are willing, ready, and able to help out.
We are grateful for all those who are making an effort to send in their contributions either through the mail or by dropping them off at the church or parish office. We’re also grateful to those who are giving electronically at Give Central—which is becoming more popular in today’s world, and another way to give when you’re not physically present.
Domestic violence is "the willful intimidation, physical assault, battery, sexual assault, and/or other abusive behavior as part of a systematic pattern of power and control perpetrated by one intimate partner against another."
