This weekend is the beginning of Advent, and our Giving Tree is up in the narthex with tags for Christmas presents for those in need. Each tag has suggestions for gifts.
St. Hubert’s Christmas gifts will be going to: children in need of our parish or who reside within parish boundaries; children of our sharing parish, St. Aloysius; seniors at Alden Poplar Creek; women and children served by WINGS; small children served by Corbella Clinic, which was formerly known as Fox Valley Pregnancy Center.
**All presents must be returned to the narthex by NOON on Sunday, December 16th**
Volunteer Drivers are needed to bring gifts to St. Aloysius. A sign-up sheet will be posted on a kiosk in the narthex for the next two weeks. (Maps will be provided.) These drivers will begin loading up gifts for St. Aloysius at 12:30 that very same afternoon!
Your participation and generosity will help spread the Christmas Spirit to so many and help them enjoy the Holiday Season, knowing that they are loved and cared about. Plus, it just plain makes your heart feel good!
