March 29, 2023The Prayer Shawl Ministry is built on the belief that our faith in Jesus Christ, our Risen Lord, will bring comfort and healing to all who suffer. We choose to provide tangible evidence of our faith in this healing power by creating shawls of prayer in which to wrap our brothers and sisters, who need His healing touch. Whatever your talent or skill level, whether you are wishing to learn a new way of doing God’s work, you are all welcome. The members are willing to teach, and supplies are provided. Our next meeting is Sunday, April 2nd at 1 PM, in the Parish Ministry Center, upstairs in the Dorothy Day room.
Sunday, May 7th, will be our last meeting before our summer hiatus. We will resume our meetings in September. We invite and look forward to you joining our ministry.
