St. Hubert has been designated a “Teaching Parish” by Mundelein Seminary, the graduate school of theology of the Archdiocese of Chicago. Last week we learned about
Ryan Brady and David Jameson. This weekend, Tom Heathershaw will be speaking at all the Masses about how God has called him to discern the priesthood, and how the seminary is helping form him into a future parish priest.

Parish Life & Pastoral Administration
Hello! My name is Tom Heathershaw and I am excited to be here at St. Hubert for the next couple of years. I am a third year theology student at Mundelein Seminary studying for the Archdiocese of Dubuque.
I was born and grew up in Waterloo, IA. I went to the University of Iowa for three years and then ended up graduating from the University of Northern Iowa in May 2013 with a BA in religious studies. I then entered seminary and graduated from Loras College in Dubuque in 2015. I have now been at Mundelein for the last two years.
I am a die-hard fan of the Chicago Cubs and Iowa Hawkeyes. Please pray for me during my time here and know that I hold all of you in my prayers as well. I look forward to getting to know you all and serving you at St. Hubert Parish.
