Laudato Si’ Week 2023

May 21-28 marks the eighth anniversary of Pope Francis’ landmark encyclical, Laudato Si’: On Care for Our Common Home.

In Vicariate I, Bishop Jeffrey Grob will preside at a Mass on Sunday, May 21 at 12:30 PM at Most Blessed Trinity Parish/Immaculate Conception Church, 508 Grand Avenue in Waukegan. All are welcome to worship at this Mass in unity with Catholics around the world and attend the reception that follows.

A presentation, “God’s Gift of Creation,” will take place on May 23, 7:00 PM at St. John of the Cross in Western Springs.
