Receive a personalized evaluation of your professional goals and develop a customized strategy to expedite your transition into your next professional opportunity. This includes personalized career coaching to assess your professional strengths, and create customized strategies to optimize your strengths and manage areas of improvement; evaluate and prioritize your professional goals, and create strategies and specific timelines to achieve each; and learn how to minimize the risk of being a "close second" for a job; as well as personalized interview coaching and a personalized resume review.
Interview Strategy Session

This session will help job seekers who have specific questions on interviewing strategy to develop and practice interview responses, strengthening their candidacy for successful consideration in the hiring process. This session will allow participants to ask questions and learn from each other.
This Interview Strategy Session will be facilitated by both Bob Placko and Richard J. Kennedy. Bob Placko is a retired Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Motorola and a member of the St. Hubert Job & Networking Ministry Core Team, and Richard J. Kennedy has worked from Wall Street to Hollywood, with start-ups to the Fortune 100 and additionally, he has helped 1,891 transitioning military service members find civilian careers.
