Illinois Knights of Columbus Men’s Retreat Hosted by the Archdiocese of Chicago Chapter “How is your Health? Mind and Body, Spirit and Soul”
This free 4-hour Men’s retreat on October 30, 2021, at the Basilica of Our Lady of Sorrows 3121 W. Jackson Blvd. Chicago, IL 60612. It is the Shrine of Cancer Saint Peregrine Laziosi, O.S.M. Free attendance check-in begins at 8:30 AM and coffee and donuts will be provided at no cost to all attendees. The retreat’s first reflection is on the health of mind and body along with a second reflection on Spirit and Soul. There will be a Mass and a Blessing between reflections. Lunch will be served at no cost following the second reflection. A video tour of the Basilica will be available during lunch. The Basilica will remain open after lunch until 2:00 PM prayer and private tours. All Brother Knights are invited and encouraged to bring your fellow Parishioners. R.C.I.A. candidates are also welcomed to attend. This event is limited to a capacity 400 people. Each participant attending will receive a free copy of “Jesus the Healer; St. Peregrine”, OSM, the Helper by Fr. Christopher L. Krymski, O.S.M. as a gift from the Chicago Chapter.
