Children’s Ministry of Initiation (CMI) is a family centered program. If you wish to have your child initiated (receive the sacraments of baptism, confirmation, and Eucharist) into the Catholic Church, but have not been actively practicing and wish to resume practicing, this process would be a great place for your family to journey together. The instructional sessions take place over the course of the standard school year for two years. This process provides for the catechetical (teaching religious principle by questions and answers) needs of the students, and guides them through the various rites of the Church, which will lead to their initiation during the Easter Vigil.
