A Transitional Housing Program for Homeless Families: September Update

Our family consists of a female and her two sons, ages 4 and 2.
 
Our family completed the program on August 31. While in the New Hope program, the mom secured stable housing and made significant strides in building her savings account, which will help in covering rent and other needed expenses. We wish her and her family well and will meet again for a 3 month and 6 month follow up to check their status.

This family consists of a female and her two sons, ages 7 and 5.
 
Our family exited from the program on August 31 as the mom maximized her stay. She is currently employed, though still looking for a more permanent job. She is fortunate to have a supportive family and friends who will offer a helping hand when needed.   We will monitor how she is doing after 3 months and 6 months.
