A leading provider of community-based preventive health screenings is pleased to offer a preventive health event at St. Hubert Parish on Wednesday, May 23rd. There are three ways to register for this event and to receive a $10 discount.

Tour of Seating Bowl, Press Box, Budweiser Bleachers, Visitors Clubhouse, Cubs’ Dugout, Field. 8:45 a.m. Departure Bus from Parish Ministry Center to Wrigley Field ($25/person). Tour is from 10:30 a.m. ‘til Noon. Time to shop or lunch on your own. Bus will pick us up at 1:30 to bring us back to St. Hubert.

Every Friday morning at 6:30 AM, we gather in church to pray the rosary. It would be wonderful if you could join in this beautiful prayer.

The Advisory Board assists the Principal and Pastor by recommending policies, identifying educational needs, and articulating the aspirations of the school and school community.

A parishioner, Patrick Fleming, has offered to repair broken rosaries. Please donate any unused, broken rosaries so that their parts can be used to repair member’s rosaries. In addition to repairing rosaries, Patrick makes rosaries for the missions, and he also accepts any rosaries people wish to donate. Those can also be dropped off in the narthex in the receptacle marked “Rosaries”.

The Religious Education Program needs a few saints to teach the faith to our children. Classes will begin in the fall. Halos and training will be provided.

A BIG THANKS to St. Hubert Parish and the Domestic Violence Ministry for all your generosity and for taking the lead in collecting products for Mothers' Day Gift Baskets & Bags for WINGS!!! They were very grateful. AMEN!

Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Month is held each May to raise community awareness of the social and personal impacts of domestic and family violence and the support available to those affected.

Every Thursday, after the Communion Service (about 7:30 AM), we will pray the chaplet of the Divine Mercy. Everyone is invited to participate.

The St. Hubert Sharing Parish Committee met with the St. Aloysius Sharing Parish Committee on Wednesday, April 25. In attendance from St. Aloysius were Father Claudio Diaz and the Sharing Parish representatives, as well as the St. Hubert Sharing Parish committee members. There was a special mention and fond remembrance of Eleanor Funk, our dear friend and committee member who passed away this past year. Discussion ensued about continued efforts from both parish committees for a viable, working relationship.

The last meeting of the season for the St. Hubert Prayer Shawl Ministry will be this Sunday at 1:15 PM in the Dorothy Day Room of the Parish Ministry Center. Please plan to attend to pick up supplies for the Summer hiatus. Meetings will resume in September.
