If you wish to have an article for your ministry event to appear in our bulletin or on the website, please submit your article at least 10 days before date of publication. (As holidays approach, even longer lead time is required.) We do our best to accommodate requests, as space allows. Include a description of the event, date, time, location, and any other pertinent information. It is not always possible to fit a full or half page articles in the bulletin, so if you submit a large article, it is also wise to submit a smaller, editable version to be sure it will fit in the space available. If your parish ministry wishes to have a full page insert added to a bulletin, you need to call the Parish Office to arrange for it. Only one bulletin insert is allowed per week. It is best to arrange for this as much in advance as possible. It is your responsibility to make plans for printing and organize a group from your ministry to do the actual stuffing of the bulletins. Your business will get exposure both in print and online. Many of our parishioners consult the ads in the bulletin when they need a supplier for goods or services.
